Scotland, 4 years later…
I first visited Scotland—Edinburgh and Glasgow, to be exact—four years ago with a group of friends. Back then, I was a university student, swept up in the thrill of discovering a beautiful new place. Four years later, I’ve returned with a different perspective, a different state of mind, and a new companion in hand: my camera.

It’s August!
It’s Glorious Fringe!
I got really lucky with my timing—the trip happened to fall at the end of August, just in time to catch the last days of the Edinburgh Fringe. This well-loved event stands out because its open-access setup lets anyone perform, drawing thousands of artists from around the world and making it the largest arts festival anywhere. Experiencing fresh, ground-breaking work with Edinburgh’s historic charm as the backdrop was something else. Watching artists across different genres share their stories was super inspiring—especially at a time when I was feeling low on creativity and doubting myself.
