Scotland, 4 years laterโฆ
I first visited ScotlandโEdinburgh and Glasgow, to be exactโfour years ago with a group of friends. Back then, I was a university student, swept up in the thrill of discovering a beautiful new place. Four years later, Iโve returned with a different perspective, a different state of mind, and a new companion in hand: my camera.
Itโs August!
Itโs Glorious Fringe!
I got really lucky with my timingโthe trip happened to fall at the end of August, just in time to catch the last days of the Edinburgh Fringe. This well-loved event stands out because its open-access setup lets anyone perform, drawing thousands of artists from around the world and making it the largest arts festival anywhere. Experiencing fresh, ground-breaking work with Edinburghโs historic charm as the backdrop was something else. Watching artists across different genres share their stories was super inspiringโespecially at a time when I was feeling low on creativity and doubting myself.
